Delicious chocolate fondue with marshmallows
Chocolate fondue is always a good idea for long winter evenings
Ingredients and quantities
400 g dark quality chocolate
85 g of butter
300 ml whipping cream
300 ml of milk
1 bag of marshmallows for dipping
Description of the preparation
Place the chocolate, butter, cream and milk in a saucepan and gently heat, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth. Pour into the choco fondue.
Thread the marshmallows onto skewers, then carefully lightly roast them over the fire or leave them unroasted.
Dip into fondue and eat straight away.
