WE RECOMMEND: It is not suitable for use anywhere other than in the oven, where the temperature should not exceed 220 °C. However, do not leave it there empty either, as this would degrade its quality. After each use, wash the mold carefully by hand using detergents, then dry it thoroughly and it is advisable to treat the surface with a thin layer of solid edible fat.
