Health in every bite: Enjoy our refreshing carrot cake full of vitamins
First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You will need 250g of plain flour, 200g of sugar, 200g of butter (at room temperature), 4 eggs, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. You can also prepare a cake tin that you grease with butter or slide out baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until smooth. You can use a blender or whisks to achieve a smooth consistency. Add the vanilla sugar and gradually beat the eggs into the mixture one at a time. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
Then add sifted flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Start mixing on low speed to avoid milky lumps. Gradually increase the mixing speed until you get a smooth dough. You can also use a whisk to achieve an even batter consistency.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then take the prepared cake form and pour the batter into it. Spread it evenly over the entire surface of the mold.
Put the cake in the preheated oven and bake it for approximately 40-50 minutes. Keep in mind that baking time can vary depending on the type of oven, so it's a good idea to check its condition regularly. To check if the cake is done, do the stick test - insert a skewer into the center of the cake and if it comes out dry, the cake is done.
After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a while in the tin. Then carefully turn the cake onto a wire rack and let it cool completely. This prevents it from steaming and keeps it supple.
